II. Limited Digital License & No-Refund Policy
Limited Digital License & No-Refund Policy
No-Refund Policy: Due to the nature of instant digital delivery and intellectual property consumption, all sales are final. A strict No-Refund Policy is enforced once the digital reports, audits, or logic results have been accessed or delivered.
Consultation Value Allocation: You acknowledge that the purchase price is allocated strictly to the digital license access and the delivery of automated data, and not for any specific outcome or professional consultation.
III. Data Minimization & Operational Continuity
To prioritize user protection and comply with 2026 data minimization standards, your account undergoes an automated "Surgical Scrub" exactly 15 days into your 30-day access term.
Redaction: The system permanently deletes your Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Billing Address from our active diagnostic logs.
Technical Persistence: To maintain your remaining 15 days of access, we retain only your Master Hub ID and Project ID.
Liability Release: You agree that The Event Co-Pilot, its principals, affiliates, and associated parties are not liable for any loss of personalized data resulting from this automated privacy protection measure.
IV. Intellectual Property & User Conduct
All logic trees, scripts,and diagnostic templates are the proprietary property of The Event Co-Pilot. Users are prohibited from reverse-engineering the logic engines or redistributing curated templates without express written consent.
V. Indemnification & Governing Law
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Event Co-Pilot, its principals, affiliates, and associated parties from any claims, losses, or legal fees resulting from the use or misuse of this diagnostic suite.
Governing Law: This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Operational Visualization: All diagnostic outputs—including Viability Rankings ("Most Viable Candidate"), "Green Light" results, and "Follow-Up" prompts—include a mandatory phase prompting users to visualize specific operational scenarios. This is a safety protocol requiring human verification and is not a diagnostic guarantee.
Official Disclosure: All AI outputs include: "Analysis provided by Neural Audio (AI) utilizing The Event Co-Pilot’s Proprietary Performance Nuance Markers. AI can make mistakes. Final due diligence rests with the user/signer.
III. Integrated Data Processing
We utilize professional-grade API integrations and secure cloud infrastructure to manage your data and account access. These systems are strictly configured to honor our 15-day Surgical Scrub protocol. We do not sell your information to third-party brokers, and all data processing is conducted within a secure, encrypted architecture designed to maintain the pseudonymization of your account records.
